Hello from the Goat Head
HI! I am Suzanne Maxwell a goaty artist.
Why goats? because goats are super cool! Plus, I am a Capricorn. I have Sun Moon and Mercury in the sign of Capricorn. I can be stubborn and hard headed, but I am really fun loving and just want to play... and eat. Very few things make me 'angry' but mess with my food and you will see a goat go off!
I have been a life long artist. My first works being watercolor abstracts when I was three years old. Mom sat me down on the kitchen floor with her paints and let me at it. It was at that time that I drank the paint water.
I totally lost it and scream cried. I literally thought I was going to die!
My parents assured me I was OK, but man that was traumatic.... and pretty darn funny.
My Crafty Ways
Since childhood, my interests and involvement in them has been everlasting. Art, animals and nature in general are at the top of the list.
Subjects of voluntary study; mythology, ancient history, paranormal and occult, aliens. Basically all that weird and unexplained, magical and fantasy stuff.
And science was my favorite subject in school... besides art.
Much of this is reflected in my art.
I love color so my work tends to be on the bright and cheery side. Nature and animals are my main subjects and well as the mythical and magical.
While most of my art has that whimsical way, I can be on the realistic side.
